Influence of GaAs substrate on the transmission performance of epitaxially grown

The influence of GaAs substrate on the transmission performance of a multi-film Fabry-Peerot filter (FPF), fabricated by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition epitaxial growth on GaAs substrate, is investigated using the transfer matrix method.
