Non uniform Quantum Wells Laser Diode for WDM Systems

In this paper, we present the characteristics of the structures in broadband width and low characteristic temperature that are needed for WDM system. Also, a non-uniform quantum wells laser diode as a possible wavelength switch for wavelength division multiplex (WDM) systems has been fabricated and measured.
