Enhancing Software Fault Prediction With Machine Learning-IGI Global(2018)

The book addresses software quality prediction using machine learning technique such as case-based reasoning. In this research work I have addressed an important problem in the area of software fault prediction using a popular and relatively important methodology known as case-based reasoning. The unique point about this approach that makes it different from other Artificial Intelligence approaches is that in CBR knowledge gained in the form of experiences that makes it easier to gather in contrast to complex domain speci fic knowledge that are usually in the form of rules. Case-based reasoning (CBR) has grown from a relatively exact and hard to find a research area in a field of extensive interest over the last few years.
