The Probe Card Analyzer is designed for testing the latest probe tip geometries of advanced semiconductor devices. Its exceptional electrical measurement capabilities and the ability to drive relays on any channel make it the optimal tool for probe cards with complex circuits and relays on PCBs. Recognized as the preferred analyzer by vertical probe card manufacturers, it boasts a lifting force of 300Kg.
