The Application of ChatGPT in Recommendation System

Recommendation systems have been widely used over the past decades. With the emergence of ChatGPT, NLP tasks have significantly advanced through the enhancement of conversational models. However, the potential of using ChatGPT in the recommendation domain has not been thoroughly investigated. In this study, we explore the application of ChatGPT in recommendation systems and evaluate its performance compared to traditional methods. The experimental results show that ChatGPT outperforms traditional recommendation methods in terms of generalization ability and accuracy.
