Add Right-click shortcuts to open VSCode in portable mode

To add right-click shortcuts for VSCode portable mode, edit the registry file with the location of your Code.exe file. Specifically, change all instances of "E:\VSCode\Code.exe" to the path of your own Code.exe file, making sure to use double backslashes "\" to escape the backslash character in the path. Finally, save the file with a .reg file extension and double-click to run. The newly added shortcuts will allow you to open VSCode directly from the right-click menu on your desktop, in folders, or on specific files.
