Introduction to Stable Diffusion, the Text-to-Image Model

Stable Diffusion is a breakthrough in the field of artificial intelligence-generated art. This model allows for easy creation of stunning art illustrations from a simple text prompt. Developed by researchers and engineers from CompVis, Stability AI, and LAION, Stable Diffusion is a potential text-to-image diffusion model. It was trained using 512x512 images from the LAION-5B database subset. It is capable of generating any image, including human faces, and can be run on personal machines thanks to the availability of open-source pre-trained models.
