The Sony IMX334LQC-C 7.20mm CMOS Image Sensor

The Sony IMX334LQC-C is a CMOS image sensor with a 7.20mm diagonal. It features rolling shutter and supports up to 3840x2160 (4K) 60fps and 1080p 120fps recording. The interface is 4-lane MIPI running at 1.44Gbps each. This sensor has been extensively tested on the Xilinx ZCU102 platform with the Leopard LI-IMX334MIPI-FMC camera board. The Xilinx platform uses Linux with V4l2 support for video capture and image processing, and has integrated MIPI CSI-2 receiver and VCXO.
