基于MODBUS/UDP的控制系统开发
随着工业以太网发展,实时通信逐步从应用TCP协议转而采用UDP协议。本文介绍一种基于以太网技术的控制系统,系统应用Modbus/UD 主从通信,同时基于μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统应用优先级技术,从保证了系统的确定性和实时性。本文介绍了系统体系结构、节点软硬件设计,最后给出了Modbus/UD主从通信情况测试和结论。

Development of Control System Based on Modbus/UDP Xu Honghua1 Liu Ke2 (1 College of Electronics and Information Engineering, University of Science and Technology of Suzhou, Suzhou, 215011) (2 Department of Electronic Informational Engineering ,Suzhou Vocational College, Suzhou 215104) Abstract: With the development of Industrial Ethernet,The UDP protocol is more and more applied in real-time communications. A control system based on UDP protocol is presented in this paper. In the solutions, the Modbus/UDP protocol is integrated into the System and priority is applied which makes sure communication is deterministic. The architecture of the system and the design of the node are introduced in this paper. The test for the system is done in the end and some elementary conclusion is presented.
