Recent theoretical and experimental works demonstrate that effective surface plasmon polaritons (ESPPs) induced by structural dispersion in bounded waveguide are perfect lowfrequency.counterparts of optical SPPs both for the double-layered and multi-layered systems. In all these efforts, the lateral
