优化版emacs23.1(3) 采用VS2003+VS2008编译

1.采用vs2003的头文件、库以及编译器和连接器,VS2008的资源编译器编译而成。 2.编译选项:--with-msvc --cflags /O2 --cflags /Og --cflags /Ot --cflags /G7 --cflags /arch:SSE2 --no-debug --no-cygwin --without-png --without-jpeg --without-gif --without-tiff --without-xpm 注:为了支持unicode,选用2003以上版本;另2005以上把libc.lib换成了libcmt.lib,只好选2003了;emacs2
