Photodissociatlon Blue green XeF (C A) Laser

A blue-green XeF (C-A) laser has been developed with an output energy of greater than 150 mJ. The vacuum ultraviolet radiation of a sectioned surface discharge was used to photodissociate XeF2. The characteristics of sectioned optical pumping source and XeF (C-A) laser were presented.
