ReSe2 as a saturable absorber in a Tm doped yttrium lithium fluoride (Tm:YLF) pu

This study investigates the applicability of a few-layer structure ReSe2 as a saturable absorber (SA) for demonstrating a passively Q-switched pulse laser. The ReSe2 SA had a modulation depth of 6.86%. The Q-switched experiment was successful in delivering a maximum average output power of 180 mW at
