超声调制激光微区光谱仪的研究

An ultrasonic modulated solid laser as light source has been developed on the basis of analysing the shortcomings of free-running laser applied universally to laser micro-probe spectrophotometer presently. A new design of time-delay voltage supply of auxiliary electrodes is put forward. Combining th
