Femtosecond Nonlinear Birefringence and Dichroism in Au:TiO

Au:TiO2 nanocomposite film was fabricated by rf-sputtering. Both real and imaginary parts of χ(3) were investigated by optical Kerr effect and pump-probe methods with femtosecond pulse with values of about 10-8 esu.
