This experiment demonstrates He-Ne laser irradiation on the skin of the outskirt of spleen region in the equine, the percentage of rosette formation B lymphocyte increases evidently after impinging and the percentage of ATR rosette formation of T lymphocyte increases obviously too after the cessatio
