Properties Editor 在Eclipse中查看中文Properties文件
下载解压, 把features文件下的东西复制到eclipse安装目录下的features文件夹, plugin文件夹里的东西也照此操作复制过去. 接着重启eclipse, 然后右键一个properties文件选择open with properties editor即可.
