Recent developments in standardization of high efficiency video coding (HEVC) 一篇关于H.265（HEVC）的论文 ABSTRACT This paper reports on recent developments in video coding standardization, particularly focusing on the Call for Proposals (CfP) on video coding technology made jointly in January 2010 by ITU-T VCEG and ISO/IEC MPEG and the April 2010 responses to that Call.
