updateMode的属性设置为Always时 包含在其他UpdatePanel中的控件刷新时当前UpdatePanel里面的控件也会刷新 并且childrenAsTriggers的属性不能设置为false可以设置为true但还是会刷新 updateMode的属性设置为Conditional时 其他的UpdatePanel中的控件刷新时当前UpdatePanel里面的控件不会刷新 并且childrenAsTriggers的属性不能设置为false否者无法实现异步更新自己
