dul 10之后的版本都有时间限制了，每个月发布一次，一个月左右时间就过期。 而且该OS时间一般也没有用，因为它还会看Datafile里的时间，所以你光改OS时间是没用的。 可以尝试下 ORACLE PRM

以下显示为，可以正常使用，根据我多年的经验分析，需要注意以下两点：
第一 要有 init.dul
不然会报如下错误：
DUL: Warning: Could not open parameter file
第二 要有 control.dul
不然，如下报错
DUL: Warning: no parameter file means no logfile
