Improving TCP Performance During the Intra LTE Handover

Inthispaper,performanceofTCPduringthehandoverinaLongTermEvolution(LTE)networkisinvestigated.Specifically,mobileuserswithhighbitratesTCPservicesareconsidered,andtheimpactsoftheintraLTEhandoverovertheirperceivedthroughputarestudied.Duetothemobilityofthe
