Ourmodelislearnedunderthreeconstraintsatthetoplayerofthedeepnetwork:1)thelossbetweentheoriginalreal-valuedfeaturedescriptorandthelearnedbinaryvectorisminimized,2)thebinarycodesdistributeevenlyoneachbit,and3)differentbitsareasindependentaspossible.Tofurtherimprovethediscriminative
