学籍管理系统文档说明

摘 要 随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识,它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。为巩固数据库的理论知识，增强实际操作能力与设计能力进行了本次课程设计。该课程设计要求设计一个学籍管理数据库系统，实现对学生信息的高效管理。我们进行了分析、设计与开发，在手工管理学籍信息的基础上，利用计算机快捷、存储量大、查找简单等特点，实现了计算机管理学籍，力争做到系统的功能完善、界面友好、操作简单。学校建立了自己的学籍管理系统不仅有助于提高学籍管理效率，也可以减轻学校管理负担，同时提高学籍的查询速率，深化管理制度，实施学籍管理系统多样性，另外提高学籍管理系统查询有效性，避免在查询有效信息带来很多多余的信息，不利于查询者阅读信息。使用微软公司的VISUAL BASIC和sql, 开发了学籍管理系统，具有对相关数据的查询、添加、删除等功能，实现了学籍管理的系统化和规范化。 关键词：数据库，管理系统，学籍 Abstract With the continuous improvement of science and technology, computer science matures, its powerful functions for the people deeply understand that it has entered the human society in various fields and is playing an increasingly important role. Keywords: database，management system, school management 1引 言 学生学籍管理系统是一个教育单位不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于学校的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,所以学生学籍管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理文件档案，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。随着学校向全国及至世界范围的持续扩张，学生人数的增加，对于学生的学籍管理也越来越复杂，要求也越来越高，因此需要一个全面、详细的学籍管理系统，以便完成对学生学籍的管理。 学生管理系统，可以用集中的数据库将与学籍资源管理相关的信息全面、有机地联系起来，有效地减少了信息更新和查找中的重复劳动，保证了信息的相容性，从而大大地提高了工作效率。在采用和实施学生学籍管理系统之后，就会将依赖于人的过程改为依赖于计算机系统的过程。学校管理人员只要获取了相应的权限，就可以随时进入系统，直接查阅相应的学籍信息。采用和实施学生学籍管理系统不仅仅是为了提高工作效率。应该看到，在实施学生信息管理系统后，经过整合的、较为全面、准确、一致和相容的信息可以让学校领导对本学校学生资源的现状有一个比较全面和准确的认识。该系统，其主要包含学生基本信息和考试成绩。系统能进行学生信息的录入考试成绩登记查询等功能。
