Cisco Agent Desktop—Browser Edition (CAD-BE) for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express is a Java applet version of Cisco Agent Desktop that runs in a web browser. It is available in the CAD Enhanced and Premium bundles. CAD-BE provides ACD state control—ready/not ready, wrap-up, and so on. Customer information is presented to the agent through an enterprise data pane.
