经过小小努力，在win8 64位 delphi xe4 下安装成功。只用到小部分功能，还未发现异常。关于中文异常的问题，网上已有解决办法，而且很容易解决。
XE3编译成功，可以使用，谢谢共享！
在将dpk编译成dpl时，自frx18.dpk包开始就有很多包不断出现各类错误，无法继续。
